How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website by adding your desired items to your cart and proceeding to checkout.
For the payment process, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order, and a screenshot of the payment must be shared on our WhatsApp +923278609211.
The remaining 50% can be paid via Cash on Delivery or online transfer, as per your convenience.
Do you have an outlet in Pakistan?
No, we do not have a physical outlet in Pakistan. We operate exclusively as an online business.
What are your delivery charges?
There are no additional delivery charges. All international shipping and delivery costs are covered by us.
How long does delivery take?
As we operate on a pre-order basis, our standard delivery timeline is 10–12 weeks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We hope to expand our services internationally in the future.
What is your exchange/return/cancellation policy?
We do not offer exchanges, returns, or cancellations, as all orders are processed as pre-orders and begin once the advance payment is received.
If you wish to cancel your order, please note that the advance amount is non-refundable.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please record a mandatory unboxing video and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without proper video evidence or reported after 24 hours will not be entertained. Please share your unboxing video with us via WhatsApp at +923278609211.
We take full responsibility for damaged or incomplete items and will offer a suitable refund or replacement, no questions asked.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for breakage once the package has been opened without proper video evidence.
If a parcel is refused at delivery, extra charges may apply for reattempted delivery.
