Delivery Time:
We operate on a pre-order basis, so the delivery timeline is 10–12 weeks. All orders are carefully imported from Saudi Arabia.

Shipping Charges:
There are no additional delivery charges. We cover both international and local shipping costs for your convenience.

Damaged Items Claim:

We cannot be held responsible for any breakage once the package has been opened without proper video evidence. However, we take full responsibility for any items that arrive damaged or incomplete and will offer a suitable refund or replacement.
